Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.
Estimated cost and delivery times:
- FREE SHIPPING: For orders +$25 (before applicable tax) (product ships in 2 to 4 weeks)
- Standard Shipping: $20 Flat Fee for orders under $25 (before applicable tax) (product ships in 2 to 4 weeks)
- Expedited Shipping: $20 Fee (product ships within 7 days)
- No Expedited Shipping for checkout under $25
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
Shipping Carriers
Carrier selection may vary depending on destination, shipping method selected, and package size.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
We offer shipping to addresses across Canada, including P.O. boxes. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery is not available to certain remote locations in Nunavut
Please note:
- Taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
- These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
International Shipping (United States)
We offer international shipping ONLY to the United States. Shipping times may vary depending on destination. Rates determined at checkout.

- Customs, duties, tariffs, and taxes are included in the item price.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Perris Corporation is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmation of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
